Hello, I’m Amrit…yes I’m real (not AI) and yes that’s me in the photos with ‘Remy’ my German Wirehaired Pointer! I offer calm, practical peer support for neurodivergent adults.

Neurodivergent Support is here!

Conversations in Colour is a peer‑to‑peer support space for neurodivergent adults who are living with autoimmune diseases. Founded from lived experience (Autism & ADHD and Axial Spondyloarthritis) I offer calm, human conversations that validate, organise thoughts and share practical ideas. I offer real support and targeted coaching.

Our Email: hello@conversationsincolour.org

Each session is 60 minutes, online, open to global clients, and shaped entirely around what you want to talk about. No scripts, no judgement — just lived‑experience understanding.

Gentle questions, steady growth.

Why Book a 1:1 Peer Conversation Session (For US clients please email)

A real, growing need for connection: With 1 in 4 adults experiencing loneliness, many are actively seeking safe, human spaces to feel understood and less isolated.

Backed by UK health guidance: NHS England recognises 1:1 peer support as a valid, effective self‑management tool — especially for confidence‑building and reducing isolation.

A lifeline during long neurodivergent & autoimmune waits: With assessment backlogs stretching months to years, people are turning to non‑clinical, lived‑experience support as a meaningful interim option.

Designed for neurodivergent adults who prefer privacy: 1:1 suits those who mask in groups, need flexibility, or feel overwhelmed in larger spaces — making it a more accessible format.

Relatable support from someone who “gets it”: Around 10% of the UK lives with autoimmune conditions; lived‑experience guidance offers the kind of understanding clinical settings can’t always provide.

Accessible, fair pricing: At £50 for 60 minutes, sessions sit below typical coaching rates while still offering high‑quality, specialised support grounded in real‑world experience

Fibromyalgia Daily Living Support & Coaching Sessions £50 / 60min

Conversations in Colour – Why Fibromyalgia Needs its own space

Fibromyalgia affects each person differently — but for neurodivergent adults, the overlap is profound. Pain, fatigue, sensory overwhelm, and cognitive crashes interact with autism/ADHD traits in ways many services don’t recognise.

Conversations in Colour: Fibromyalgia Support

“To everyone living with Fibromyalgia: what you’re carrying is real, and the courage it takes to move through each day does not go unnoticed. Your pain, your fatigue, your fog — none of it makes you weak. In fact, the way you keep showing up, even in small ways, is a quiet kind of strength that deserves recognition. You are not defined by your symptoms, and you are not alone in this. Your experience matters, your voice matters, and you deserve compassion — especially from yourself.” Amrit.

This space is built for that exact intersection.
A warm, validating, non‑clinical place to talk honestly, share lived experience, and explore what helps — on your terms.
